Cookies

Plaid Orca uses no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and no third-party cookies. Patients using the finder get no cookies at all. The only cookie we use keeps health center staff signed in.
Every cookie we use
| Name | Who gets it | Purpose | How long | Type |
|---|---|---|---|---|
sb-…-auth-token (may be split into .0, .1) | Staff who sign in to the dashboard | Keeps you signed in securely | 30 days after your last visit, or until you sign out | First-party, strictly necessary |
Other storage on your device
None. The finder and the public website don't use local storage, session storage, tracking pixels, fingerprinting or similar technologies. Fonts and other resources load from our own domain, so third-party services don't receive your visit.
Why there is no cookie banner
Strictly necessary cookies don't require consent, because the service can't work without them. We don't use any other kind, so there is nothing to accept or reject. If we ever add another kind of cookie, we'll ask for your consent first and update this page.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We don't track you across sites. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals, though there is no tracking to turn off.
Controlling cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the sign-in cookie, you won't be able to stay signed in to the dashboard. The finder and the website work the same either way.
