On January 1, 2027, many Medi-Cal members leave their health plan and have to find doctors on their own. Plaid Orca lives on your health center's website and tells each patient what changed, who nearby will actually see them, and what to do next.
Pick the one that sounds closest. We don't ask for your name or any personal information.

California publishes every provider enrolled in Medi-Cal Fee-for-Service. It can't tell a patient who is taking new patients, how long the wait is, or whether anyone at the front desk speaks their language. Its own search tool tells people to call and confirm. Your staff already make those calls. Plaid Orca makes every answer count.
What the state list tells a patient
Written for someone holding a confusing letter, on a phone, possibly in Spanish. Every screen ends with something to do.
They pick the situation that sounds closest. No forms, no login, no questions about status.
A plain answer first, then a ZIP code. That's the only thing we ask for.
Their own clinic first, confirmed-open providers next, and one clear next step.
Patients see your name, your clinic and your phone number. Your team gets a workspace that turns the calls they already make into answers every patient can use.

Your colors, logo, help line and welcome message in Spanish and English. Your nearest site is always the first result.
Search any ZIP and specialty, call the office, record what they said. Patients see it immediately. Your notes stay with your team.
Which kinds of care people search for, from which ZIP codes, and where searches come up empty. Never who searched.
When a referral coordinator in one county confirms a specialist is taking new patients, a patient searching from a different clinic's website sees it too. The more health centers join, the fewer calls anyone has to make.
Built for people who may be wary of sharing anything. Nothing about it requires trust it hasn't earned.
Enrolled in Medi-Cal Fee-for-Service according to the state's most recent monthly file.
A participating health center called the office in the last 30 days and logged what they heard.
The health center's own site nearest the patient, shown first on that center's website.
According to the California Department of Health Care Services, Medi-Cal members with unsatisfactory immigration status move from Medi-Cal health plans to Medi-Cal Fee-for-Service on January 1, 2027. That includes undocumented members, some green card holders in the five-year waiting period, and people considered PRUCOL.
They keep full-scope Medi-Cal if they renew on time. What changes is that no health plan assigns them a doctor or manages referrals anymore.
No. Patients don't create an account and aren't asked for a name, date of birth, immigration status or Medi-Cal number. A search records the type of care and the ZIP code, so health centers can see what their community needs. Nothing else is stored.
Every listing starts from the state's own file of providers enrolled in Medi-Cal Fee-for-Service, refreshed monthly. When staff at a participating health center call an office and log what they heard, that listing shows as confirmed, with the date, for every patient on every participating site.
No. It explains the change in plain language and points people to care and to a person who can help. Eligibility decisions stay with counties and the state.
